Project objectives

This project aims to improve the conservation of threatened wildlife through habitat protection, improved knowledge, and stakeholder participation. Ultimately, the overall goal of the project is to maintain conservation activities in various locations in South Africa after funding was severely impacted due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This project is implemented by the Endangered Wildlife Trust.

This project is part of the IUCN Save Our Species African Wildlife initiative, which is co-funded by the European Union.
