Project objectives

This research project seeks to understand the ecology of Disparoneura apicalis by studying its current distribution in India’s Kuruva Islands, its seasonality and habitat preferences. It also aims to study the impacts human activities such as tourism has on it and its habitat. The results of this study are expected to help in the conservation management of this Vulnerable species.
