Location
Namibia

Black Rhino Diceros bicornis
White Rhino Ceratotherium simum

Project objectives

The project aims to explore the behaviour of the local people and their commitment to report the poaching of rhinos in Etosha National Park. Potentially, this research can have a positive impact in the design of black rhino conservation action plans and thus to break down barriers and challenges to strengthen trust and teamwork between Etosha National Park wildlife conservation management and its local community neighbours.
