Project objectives

This project aims to protect the largest Sumatran rhino population in the world by maintaining a zero-poaching rate and protecting its habitat, ultimately allowing their population numbers to keep growing in the future.

This project is implemented by Wildlife Asia partners with local NGO Forum Konservasi Leuser (FKL).
